Pros -
The once a week cheat day allows you to eat any food you are desiring. This was great because I had a goal (Mud Pie).

Cons -
Even though dieters get to cheat 1 day of the week, the other six days
require following a very restricted diet. This may be a challenge to some.

My Conclusion -
Cheat Your Way Thin is something most people only wish they could do. For me the conclusion was obvious. Don’t be so strict with your diet. Make sure to eat right and to eat enough.

At the same time, include 1 to 2 cheat meals every week.

Pros -
Though Joel pays lots of attention to dieting, he doesn't neglect exercise. High-intensity Cardio is done at least 3 times a week to aid your weight loss. This is downplayed in the program just a little, but it's something you need to keep in mind to have maximized results.

Cons -
To do more than losing body fat, you will need to also workout regularly.


My Conclusion -
While doing this diet it’s more than a welcomed feeling when you get a cheat day.

The diet overall isn’t that bad but there are just those days when you want to go wild and eat whatever you want.

But you’re still going to be eating healthy 90+% of the time.

Pros -
Joel strategically uses cheating to prevent some of the problems dieters often face by cutting back on calories.

Cons -
Cheat days are fun, but It is up to you to make sure that you don't go overboard, by over stuffing yourself.

My Conclusion -

At first I was super skeptical about this weight loss diet, but after experiencing the program first hand for myself I was pleasantly surprised with the results I got.

The program isn’t too intense and the best part about it is you can have a cheat day every once in a while.

Our Conclusion -
If your weight-loss – or absence thereof – is pulling you to eat 14 raspberry muffins a day, then you might wonder if there's any way out for you.

Most of us as we push towards dieting, we are hit with an overwhelming desire to pig out! The issue is that all the so-called easy tips on how to reduce weight' are too restricted.

It seems that almost every meal we really like is unacceptable. You too right? If so, you might be fascinated – like we are – in this diet.
